Extractions - Advanced

The Advanced course is the second seminar in the Extraction Series.  In this course Dr. Grant McGann, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, will show you how to extract the third molar, how to use cone beam and CT technology in extraction, how to manage BRONJ and ORN, and how to deal with non-wisdom tooth impaction.  As a bonus, Dr. McGann will go through using Cone Beam and CT Technology in Extraction cases, including indications of when to use this technology, how to read and manipulate the image, and how to use this information in the clinic.  Dr. McGann will be teaching you the skills necessary to deal with the more advanced extractions in your practice, and what to look for in order to avoid major complications.  After this course, you will have the tools to perform any extraction that you find, and the knowledge of when is the best time to refer a patient to the specialist.

This seminar is designed to be very practical, with lots of hands on training and real life situations that you will face.  Dr. McGann will not just be showing you his best cases and teaching theory, instead he will take the Progressive approach of showing you the real situations that you will face, and how to handle these situation.  Also, he will focus on the practical techniques needed to perform successful extractions.  Whether you refer out all extractions, or do every extraction in house, this course will be extremely valuable in increasing your chances for success in every case!
