The Basics course is the first seminar in the Extraction Series.  This course is designed to give you the basic skills you need to properly perform extractions in your practice.  Dr. Grant McGann, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, will teach you basic extraction techniques, how to detect difficult extraction cases, as well as how to manage difficult extraction

After taking this course, you will have the tools you need to confidently do extractions in your practice.

This seminar is designed to be very practical, with lots of hands on training and real life situations that you will face.  Dr. McGann will not just be showing you his best cases and teaching theory, instead he will take the Progressive approach of showing you the real situations that you will face, and how to handle these situation.  Also, he will focus on the practical techniques needed to perform successful extractions.  Whether you refer out all extractions, or do every extraction in house, this course will be extremely valuable in increasing your chances for success in every case!
