Education and Professional Information:

1983-1989: Dental school at the JLU University Giessen, Germany.

1987-1993: Doctorate on “Subcellular Structures in Ischeamic Myocardic Tissue” at the Max Planck Institute for Experimental Heart Research in Bad Nauheim, Germany.

1990: Internship with Dr. S. Hammer Orthodontics, Hawaii, USA.

1992: Started own dental office for General Dentistry in Bad Nauheim, Germany.

1995: Introduction of removable orthodontic appliances into standard office procedures.

1997: Expanded the office with a partner to a 12 hour opening, 5 days a week.

1998-2000: POS basic series student, integrating fixed orthodontics into practice.

2000-present:  Attended all POS updates.

2007/2008: Curriculum Implantology, member DGOI and ICOI.

2009: Advanced POS Series.

2010: Graduation as POS Instructor.

General office Information:

The office is set up for General Dentistry in the center of the spa town of Bad Nauheim (pop.30´000, 20 competing offices), 35 km from Frankfurt, Germany. However, in addition, we perform public health work in that we service and provide dental prophylactic treatment to 10 kindergartens and child care centers for pre-school children aged 3-6. We are also part of a network of dental offices providing access to dental prophylaxis for young children aged 0-3 with their parents.
