Dr. Michael Layton DDS graduated from the University Of Washington School Of Dentistry in Seattle, WA. While in school he received numerous awards for clinical excellence, conducted two research projects and presented at two International Association of Dental Research (IADR) conferences. He began his orthodontic training through Progressive Orthodontic Seminars and now, continues to teach while maintaining a two doctor private practice in South Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. Michael also regularly volunteers at the local hospital dental clinic to care for the underprivileged in his community.

When not involved in dentistry, Dr. Layton, is involved with Scouts Canada and the local YMCA basketball league. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, playing golf, as well as skiing and camping.
